  • I never thought I'd end up needing the services of NewMed in Mt. Prospect, but a freak accident caused me to need 5 stitches in my finger! Never felt so well taken care of, from the moment I walked in bleeding, to leaving in much better shape! Staff/reception did a great job checking me in and processing all the necessary insurance paperwork. The Dr. or PA/NP (so sorry I didn't get her name)was fantastic and got me through a pretty gruesome treatment with the least amount of discomfort.
